I Can Help!

I don’t have a one size fits all approach to fitness. Your programme will be designed specifically for you and no one else to fit into your individual needs and lifestyle. A variety of training techniques will be used to achieve results. My approach is fun and from day one I will work with you to encourage you and motivate you to achieve your goals. Its about training smarter not harder and no one session will ever be the same with me, so that your kept on your toes!

I am available 6 days a week, early morning and evening sessions are available too.

During your consultation I will be carrying out the following: Your first session will include a HEALTH ASSESSMENT and consultation, this is FREE of charge: The aim of the consultation is for me to get to know you, to understand your strengths and weaknesses, your good and bad habits, so that I help you in every way possible to achieve your goals.

FREE Initial Consultation

I offer NO FEE NO OBLIGATION initial consultations to clients. The following test will be carried out:

  • Medical questionnaire
  • Full postural analysis
  • Body fat analysis
  • Blood pressure reading
  • Heart rate check
  • Circumference measurements
  • Weight
