I know and understand exactly what is takes to compete at top level, I’ve experienced the highs of a win and the lows of a loss, I’ve taken my body to its limits and beyond, enduring physical contact training and extreme nutritional control to drop weight. My love for the cage has meant many sacrifices but the exhilaration of a win and my loyal supporting fans makes it all worth it.

My experiences, knowledge and training put me in a great position to offer you a very unique training package that is designed for you as an individual. I believe in training you smarter not harder in order to fast track your results. I believe in making the experience fun and enjoyable, so what ever your goals or reasons you will look forward to your training as well as love the results you achieve.

Too often people come to me because they want to focus on one particular body “issue”. They have a jelly belly, wide hips, a big bum, a muffin top or “bingo” wings, It’s impossible to rid yourself of these concerns when you only train one muscle group or concentrate on one specific type of training. Unfortunately weight loss does not work like that.

Together we will look at each area of your life and develop an action plan for you to get healthy and fit. I offer several types of training to fit into individual budgets and schedules.
